Adjustment of Status
The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act 2022 allows EB-5 applicants who live in the US with a valid visa to file for Concurrent Adjustment of Status, allowing them to remain in the US and obtain an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) while waiting for their EB-5 petition to be adjudicated.
